Broadband primary high frequency (HF) power standards can be realized by means of microcalorimeters. Two different data analysis methods are here described for the case of coaxial systems based on the thermoelectric detection. As an application example, real measurement data taken in the frequency range 10 MHz – 26.5 GHz are analyzed with the two methods and results are compared.
