In the INRIM Time and Frequency Laboratory operates a large number of devices that are connected between them by several type of cables equipped with different connectors. Most of the cables are connected passing below the floor, so it is quite difficult to understand their path. During the years many new connections have been added to the old ones, thus increasing the number of cables. For this reason it has been decided to create a new database for all the devices, the connections and the cables so to gather all the important information. Moreover the new database will be accessible through a webpage so to be available from all the personal computers in the laboratory.

Abstract
In the INRIM Time and Frequency Laboratory operates a large number of devices that are connected between them by several type of cables equipped with different connectors. Most of the cables are connected passing below the floor, so it is quite difficult to understand their path. During the years many new connections have been added to the old ones, thus increasing the number of cables. For this reason it has been decided to create a new database for all the devices, the connections and the cables so to gather all the important information. Moreover the new database will be accessible through a webpage so to be available from all the personal computers in the laboratory.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
